Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2

Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides short-term, solution-focused therapy to adults within a primary care environment. This position supports the delivery of accessible, evidence-based mental health care across the Oakland community, with a focus on collaboration and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intake assessments and deliver brief, structured therapy.
• Coordinate treatment planning with medical providers and behavioral health staff.
• Offer culturally responsive care and participate in case consultations.
• Facilitate group sessions as assigned.
• Manage documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.

• Master’s in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• Current California licensure as an LCSW or Psychologist, or registration as ASW/AMFT (supervision provided).
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OCHIN Epic preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in integrated or community health care.
• Training in trauma-informed care.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.
