Position Overview:
Are you a people-first leader with a passion for driving successful software implementations? As the Manager of Implementation Consulting, you’ll play a key role in leading our implementation team and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. In this role, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—guiding a team of talented consultants through complex, high-impact projects. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth while ensuring every client implementation runs smoothly from start to finish. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance our delivery processes, elevate team performance, and continuously improve client experience. Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-time configuration specialists. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will be the primary point of contact for all team-related matters, from career development to project assignments.
· Project Oversight: Serve as a subject matter expert on your team's projects. You'll be involved in key decisions, provide guidance on complex configurations, to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
· Coaching and Development: Act as a coach and mentor, helping your team members develop their technical skills and grow their careers. You will identify training opportunities and create personalized development plans.
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define team goals, improve internal processes, and contribute to the overall strategy of our Professional Services organization.
· Client Engagement: Occasionally engage with clients directly to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior-level technical consulting or configuration role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex software solutions.
· Leadership: We’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience, whether as a team lead, project manager, or mentor and a demonstrated track record of managing and developing a team.
· Technical Skills: Expertise in software configuration and implementation. You should be able to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic direction without needing to write code.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to manage client and internal stakeholder expectations effectively.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
