About Us:

The nation’s premier youth educational soccer program is hiring! At Soccer Stars, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children not only improve their soccer skills, but develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills. Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate part-time coaches to join our team! If you love working with children, enjoy teaching through play, and have a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of coaching, teaching, or working with children preferred. Experience with early childhood (ages 1-5) and children with learning or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Must be fun, energetic, patient, & attentive
• Traits We Value: We’re looking for a dependable and adaptable individual with a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive. You should be skilled at creating positive connections — both on the field with children and parents, and off the field with our team.
• Availability:
• You provide us with your seasonal availability & we will schedule you into classes accordingly, We're currently looking for coaches who are available for our Winter and Spring seasons:
• We are specifically hiring coaches for weekdays, but there can also be weekend work available.
• Classes Run:
• Weekdays between: 9:00 AM - 2:00PM
• Weekends between: Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or Sunday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Seasonal Schedule:
• Fall: Early September to Mid-December
• Spring: Late March to June
• Limited hours in Winter (January - March) and Summer (July - August).
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to classes within 45 minutes. Weekday coaches travel to different locations throughout their scheduled hours. Depending on availability, coaches can expect to travel between 3-5 locations in a day.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using a mobile device for scheduling and communication.
