Primary Care Physician Director

Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician Director to balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities for a team of adult medicine providers.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality primary care with a focus on prevention and education.
• Provide clinical and operational oversight to physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Support quality improvement, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to improve access and outcomes.

• MD or DO; board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
• Experience with diverse or urban patient populations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
