Primary Care Physician Director

Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Director to oversee adult medicine services, guide a team of providers, and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care for a diverse patient population.

Role Highlights:

• Provide direct primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Oversee clinical standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and support new clinical programs.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate care and address patient needs.

• MD or DO; board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
• Experience with diverse or urban patient populations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
