Remote Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Job Summary
We’re looking for licensed therapists in Tennessee who are ready to bring their expertise into a remote setting. As part of our telehealth team, you’ll provide therapy sessions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and improve emotional health. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady schedule and supportive team environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy through secure video platforms
• Create and manage personalized treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Coordinate care with colleagues to strengthen outcomes
• Continue growing through ongoing training

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Skilled in remote care delivery
