Remote Therapist

Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Location: Minnesota (Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits

Job Summary:
This position focuses on delivering therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs via a secure telehealth platform. You will work independently to help individuals manage stress, build emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being through solution-focused care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions with adult clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Evaluate client progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Encourage emotional growth and positive behavioral change
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• Previous experience working with adults in a clinical setting
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote role
• Comfortable using technology for virtual care delivery
