Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) | California

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist to provide remote counseling services to individuals navigating emotional and behavioral health challenges. This role emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships, crafting individualized plans, and supporting client progress in a virtual environment.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify treatment needs
• Provide therapy sessions tailored to each client
• Track outcomes and modify care plans as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues through virtual platforms
• Maintain accurate and confidential records

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Strong online communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse populations
