The Sales & Customer Operations team plays an essential role in supporting our sales and customer success initiatives across our business intelligence product suite.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our growing team. This position requires a proactive self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to sales and customer success teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing teams and clients.
• Handle lead management and ensure proper assignment to the sales team.
• Maintain high data integrity to facilitate the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Oversee account administration to maximize customer usage.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing customer records efficiently.
• Execute data cleanup and transformation tasks within Salesforce and other systems.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with customer service tools (like Zendesk or Freshdesk) is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
• Resourceful with solid research abilities.
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with accountability.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team primarily during SGT 4:00 pm to 1:00 am or SGT 3:00 pm - 12:00 am.
• Is willing to be in a 1-year contractual employment - (Maternity Cover)
