Position Overview
This full-time role is ideal for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who specializes in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include maintaining precise documentation, collaborating with fellow healthcare providers, and participating in continued professional growth opportunities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Accurately document all client sessions
• Work in partnership with healthcare teams to enhance care
• Engage in training to maintain and expand expertise

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active New Jersey LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Capable of working independently and within a team
