Location: Texas (Remote)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients across Texas. In this role, you’ll complete assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver video-based therapy sessions that help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Your day will focus on scheduled virtual sessions, accurate documentation, and working closely with a clinical team to support safe, effective care from home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Track progress, adjust interventions, and document notes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members.
• Attend virtual team meetings, case consultations, and trainings.
• Follow established protocols for risk assessment and crisis response.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience; telehealth experience a plus.
• Comfort with technology, video platforms, and electronic health records.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
