Family Practice Physician

Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care within a community health clinic dedicated to serving a diverse and historically underserved population.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care visits.
• Build ongoing relationships with patients and families, promoting continuity and long-term health outcomes.
• Coordinate care with nursing, behavioral health, and support staff to ensure integrated, patient-centered services.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinic initiatives aimed at improving access, quality, and patient experience.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure.
• Demonstrated interest in community-based care and working with diverse populations.
