Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)  – California

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assess client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Work alongside a care team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and client records.
