Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Location: Lakewood, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver structured telehealth services to adults, adolescents, couples, and families in New Jersey. Your day will focus on direct clinical care: conducting sessions, documenting progress, and helping clients develop practical strategies for managing stress, conflict, and emotional health.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to a varied caseload (individuals, couples, families).
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Create measurable treatment goals and regularly review progress with clients.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation within required timeframes.
• Provide psychoeducation and skills-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with other providers or community resources when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in clinical meetings and required trainings.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Current LMFT license in New Jersey (required).
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and treatment planning.

• Annual salary: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
