Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Mount Vernon, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced LCSW to provide remote counseling and care coordination to adults and families. Each day, you will work with a set schedule of clients, guiding them through therapy sessions, reviewing goals, and connecting them with practical supports. This position is well-suited for a social worker who enjoys structured workdays, clear expectations, and meaningful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Offer ongoing individual therapy via secure video or phone.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate accurate clinical impressions.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and track outcomes over time.
• Respond to client crises using appropriate de-escalation and safety planning strategies.
• Communicate with referral sources, community agencies, and collateral supports as needed.
• Ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental/behavioral health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
