Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Schenectady, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an LCSW to join our telehealth team, serving adult clients who prefer care from home. Your day-to-day work will include structured therapy sessions, coordinated care with other professionals, and thorough documentation. You will focus on helping clients understand their symptoms, develop coping strategies, and make practical changes that improve their daily life.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Perform mental health assessments, formulate diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Offer psychoeducation and skills-based interventions (e.g., CBT-informed strategies).
• Maintain timely, complete, and compliant clinical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and clinical discussions.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and referrals when needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental/behavioral health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
