Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Reno, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to serve as a clinical lead for a remote mental health team. In this role, you will support a caseload of clients while guiding other clinicians in delivering high-quality care. Your day will include providing telehealth therapy, reviewing complex cases, and helping shape clinical decisions so that individuals, couples, and families receive consistent and effective support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Offer clinical oversight and guidance to a team of therapists, including case consultation.
• Review treatment plans, documentation, and risk assessments to ensure clinical quality and compliance.
• Support therapists with challenging cases and escalate safety concerns as needed.
• Lead or participate in regular clinical case review meetings.
• Help implement and refine clinical protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or senior clinician role preferred.
• Strong background in telehealth or willingness to work entirely remotely.
• Comfortable providing feedback, supporting newer clinicians, and upholding clinical standards.
