Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Nevada-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to supervise and support a remote clinical team. You’ll provide virtual therapy to a smaller panel of clients, while also guiding therapists on complex clinical decisions, documentation standards, and best practices in family-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Offer secure telehealth sessions to a limited caseload of clients.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to a team of therapists.
• Review and approve treatment plans, diagnostic formulations, and progress notes.
• Monitor caseloads, risk levels, and follow-up for higher-needs clients.
• Collaborate with other leaders to improve workflows and clinical processes.
• Support performance reviews from a clinical standpoint, offering feedback and growth plans.
• Stay current with state regulations and help ensure team compliance.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or senior clinician role preferred.
• Strong background in telehealth or willingness to work entirely remotely.
• Comfortable providing feedback, supporting newer clinicians, and upholding clinical standards.
