Director of Pediatric Services

Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $300,000–$310,000 annually

Summary:
We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to oversee pediatric systems and drive innovation in a community-based setting in San Francisco, CA. This role suits a physician who thinks in terms of systems: aligning workflows, technology, and people to deliver reliable, equitable care for children and families.

Role Highlights:

• Leading the design and refinement of pediatric workflows and clinic processes
• Working closely with IT and practice management to optimize use of EHR and reporting tools
• Preparing the department for audits, reviews, and quality assessments
• Aligning pediatric operations with broader organizational goals and budget parameters
• Championing care models that support Black children and families and reduce disparities in access and outcomes

• Active California medical license with no disciplinary history
• Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Current DEA and BLS certifications
• At least 7 years of ambulatory pediatric experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience in community-based or FQHC environments
