We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Are you friendly to everyone you meet, highly organized and flexible? We are committed to excellent customer service (both internal and external) and are looking for a receptionist with the same commitment to join our team.

• Associate’s degree or High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, vending machine and scanner)
• Excellent verbal and written communication complemented by exemplary customer service skills.
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills - Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
• Respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
• Hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
