Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
A behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote outpatient counseling to clients across New Jersey. You’ll spend most of your time in session, supporting clients through relationship challenges, stress, and emotional health concerns while maintaining consistent, organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled video sessions for adults, couples, and families.
• Complete intake evaluations and identify primary clinical concerns.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic treatment goals.
• Record progress notes, treatment updates, and relevant contacts in the EHR.
• Use a mix of CBT, solution-focused, and other evidence-based techniques as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when required.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
