Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Texas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Remote Mental Health Therapist to support clients across Texas through secure video sessions. Your day will be spent listening, asking the right questions, and helping people find practical ways to cope with what they’re facing. You’ll have a steady caseload, clear expectations, and a team you can turn to when you need a second opinion or support.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients via telehealth for scheduled therapy sessions.
• Complete assessments and create clear, realistic treatment plans.
• Check in on progress, adjust goals, and document your work in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with other providers when clients need additional services.
• Join regular virtual team meetings, case discussions, and trainings.
• Follow established procedures for risk assessment and crisis situations.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience in mental health.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
• Able to manage time, boundaries, and workflow in a remote setting.
