Licensed Mental Health Therapist LMFT/LCSW/LPC

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who enjoys structured, consistent work from home. You will support a diverse caseload through secure video sessions, helping clients manage stress, mood challenges, relationship concerns, and everyday mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Gather history, identify presenting problems, and complete diagnostic assessments.
• Build treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and timelines.
• Keep documentation up to date and aligned with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Offer psychoeducation and skills-based strategies clients can apply between sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and required trainings as needed.

• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field.
• Active New Jersey license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with scheduling and follow-through.

• Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
