Licensed Mental Health Therapist LMFT/LCSW/LPC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
A growing telehealth program is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its New Jersey team. You’ll work with a steady outpatient caseload, offering structured, goal-driven therapy that helps clients make progress they can see in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions for adults and older adolescents.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses where appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Document all sessions, interventions, and contacts clearly and on time.
• Use evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, solution-focused work, mindfulness, etc.).
• Coordinate care with primary care, psychiatry, or community supports when needed.

• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field.
• Active New Jersey license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with scheduling and follow-through.

• Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
