Licensed Mental Health Therapist LMFT/LCSW/LPC

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who values consistent, organized clinical work in a virtual setting. You’ll support clients who are juggling work, family, and personal challenges, helping them build skills and insight through regular video sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing video-based therapy sessions to a defined caseload.
• Conduct structured intakes and risk assessments when indicated.
• Collaborate with clients to set treatment priorities and track progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Offer clear, practical strategies clients can integrate into daily life.
• Participate in clinical discussions, supervision, or team huddles when scheduled.

• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field.
• Active New Jersey license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with scheduling and follow-through.

• Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
