Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Job Summary
We’re recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a remote-first team offering telehealth services across Washington. Your work will focus on consistent, reliable support through scheduled sessions, clear treatment goals, and practical tools that clients can use between appointments.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a defined caseload via secure video platform.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
• Create and regularly review treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Deliver brief interventions, skills training, and referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation for all clinical services.
• Participate in ongoing learning, supervision, and peer consultation.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.
• Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).

• Annual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule.
• 2 weeks paid time off.
