Employment: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Telehealth LMFT to support clients through video-based counseling. You’ll focus on direct client care, from intake through discharge, helping individuals and families work through relationship stress, mood concerns, life transitions, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a structured caseload of telehealth clients during daytime hours
• Conduct intake evaluations, risk assessments, and ongoing clinical assessments
• Create and maintain treatment plans aligned with best practices for couples and families
• Facilitate weekly or biweekly therapy sessions via secure video
• Document all sessions and client contacts within required timeframes
• Join regular clinical meetings and participate in peer consultation
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources when needed

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee LMFT license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
• Experience working with couples and family systems
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
