Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy to adults and families across Nevada. In this role, you’ll support clients through structured sessions, thoughtful care planning, and regular follow-up, all within a stable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide video-based individual and family therapy using secure telehealth platforms.
• Complete intake assessments and develop clear, goal-focused treatment plans.
• Review progress with clients and adjust interventions when appropriate.
• Document sessions, plans, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to support coordinated care.
• Monitor risk, follow safety protocols, and arrange timely follow-up when needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.
