We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain conversational bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA, including topics, variables, and actions.
• Implement basic integrations using APIs, custom connectors, or Azure services under guidance.
• Configure AI Builder, generative AI features, and plugin-based actions inside Copilot Studio.
• Work with senior developers to enhance bot quality, test flows, and optimize conversation paths.
• Monitor bot performance using analytics dashboards, user satisfaction metrics, and transcription logs.
• Assist in documentation, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions and chatbots

• Minimum 2-3 years of total work experience required
• 1+ years hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Basic understanding of Azure services such as Functions, API Management, or Logic Apps (preferred).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and connectors for system integration.
• Advantage: Exposure to Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialog concepts, or LLM-based conversational AI.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in an agile team and collaborate with business users and architects.
