The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager/ Director-level operator with a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves. An operator who will serve as the right hand to our CFO & Head of Operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building structure from complexity, improving systems, and ensuring great ideas translate into effective execution. You’ll play a central role in elevating the member and sponsor experience, strengthening internal alignment, and driving strategic initiatives forward.
If you love bringing order to fast-moving environments, collaborating across teams, and improving how organizations operate, this role will feel like home.
What You’ll Do

- Lead a 5-year analysis of sponsor activity to understand engagement patterns, repeat relationships, and growth opportunities.
- Work with the Director of Member Services to build a centralized Member & Sponsor Insights Dashboard to support account planning, renewals, and strategic outreach.
- Provide Peer Group Leaders with clear, actionable insights that elevate member experience and retention.
Operational Partner to Leadership
- Act as the operational extension of the CFO & Head of Operations — converting strategy into clear plans, systems, and routines.
- Bring structure, visibility, and follow-through to company-wide priorities.
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively identify solutions.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate across Marketing, Events, Finance, Peer Group Leaders, and Member Success to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Maintain a clear, unified view of members and sponsor lifecycles.
- Reduce friction by improving how information flows across the organization.
Marketing & Data Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate engagement, campaign performance, and CRM data quality.
- Identify gaps in reporting and help build the operational processes needed for accurate analytics.
- Ensure insights inform sponsor targeting, membership expansion, and event planning.
Strategic Project Management
- Lead the operational execution for NeuGroup’s major growth initiatives.
- Build milestone-driven project plans, manage cross-team workflows, and keep initiatives moving with clarity and accountability.
Operational Processes & Systems
- Document and improve workflows for membership tracking, sponsor delivery, event coordination, and renewals.
- Partner with IT to maintain and optimize processes in our core tools (Asana, Salesforce, Google Workspace).
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and strengthen operational consistency. Work with IT Lead for implementation.
Internal Cadence & Execution
- Own the internal operating rhythm — meeting prep, agendas, action tracking, and progress reporting.
- Keep organizational priorities visible and ensure follow-through across teams.
- Surface risks and dependencies early, paired with recommendations.
Who You Are
- 7–10 years of experience in operations, program management, client success, or account management — ideally in a membership-based, professional services, or growth-stage environment.
- Excellent at bringing clarity to ambiguity and structure to unstructured environments.
- Skilled communicator with a strong ability to synthesize information and align teams.
- Analytical and curious — able to extract insights from data even if not a financial specialist.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scale.
- Multiple option Health Care Plan (Medical with offers of Dental & Vision)
- Matching Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
- Attractive Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)
