Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Newark, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support New Jersey residents through high-quality virtual therapy. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, provide ongoing counseling, and help clients make concrete changes at home, at work, and in their relationships. You’ll benefit from consistent referrals and a predictable workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions for adults and/or adolescents
• Perform intake evaluations, including diagnostic assessment
• Develop and maintain treatment plans focused on achievable outcomes
• Document services promptly to meet clinical and regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, and other providers when necessary

• Active, independent New Jersey license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Prior outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
