Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: New York, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Serve clients across New York through secure, online therapy sessions. You’ll provide structured, insight-oriented and skills-based treatment to individuals managing depression, anxiety, trauma histories, and life transitions, with support from an experienced telehealth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual diagnostic evaluations and intake sessions
• Offer ongoing individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain clear, concise progress notes and treatment updates
• Track outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings and case conference discussions

• Active New York license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient or private practice settings a plus
• Comfortable managing a structured schedule and full telehealth caseload
