Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Knoxville, TN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide outpatient telehealth therapy to clients across Tennessee. You’ll work with a diverse caseload, offering assessment, ongoing treatment, and structured follow-up while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and diagnostic evaluations via secure video
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
• Create treatment plans with clear, trackable goals
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation
• Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions as needed

• Active Tennessee license as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Graduate degree in a related behavioral health field
• Prior outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
