The Opportunity
Dreamdata is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to serve as our dedicated Tracking Specialist. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our product and our customers. You won't just be closing tickets; you will be a proactive problem solver who empowers our commercial teams and guides our customers through complex technical implementations. In order to take on the role of Tracking Specialist, we are looking for someone that comes with web development and customer facing experience.
