Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Olympia, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support Washington residents through structured video-based therapy. You’ll work with a consistent caseload, relying on clear protocols, strong clinical tools, and a collaborative remote team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual intake assessments and risk screens
• Provide ongoing, scheduled therapy sessions
• Set and review treatment goals with each client
• Keep detailed progress notes and clinical summaries
• Join case consultations and contribute to care planning
• Offer clinical insight when new processes are tested or updated

• Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or similar field
• Experience using evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Comfortable with technology and remote work routines
