Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Location: Lowell, MA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re seeking a Massachusetts-licensed therapist who enjoys focused clinical work without the commute. You’ll support clients through video sessions, structured planning, and realistic follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy appointments via secure telehealth platform
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnoses
• Develop treatment plans and review progress regularly
• Maintain organized clinical records in the EMR
• Join virtual peer consultations to discuss complex cases
• Help refine telehealth practices from a clinician’s perspective

• Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Prior therapy experience in a clinical setting
• Ability to manage time and caseload in a remote environment
