Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Erie, PA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Join a telehealth service supporting individuals and families across Pennsylvania. You’ll have a steady caseload and a clear structure for sessions, documentation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and gather history by video
• Provide scheduled therapy sessions with a focus on practical tools
• Develop treatment plans with clear priorities
• Keep detailed and timely session notes in the EMR system
• Attend virtual case discussions and trainings
• Offer clinical insight when protocols or workflows are updated

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related discipline
• Experience working with anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues
• Confident working independently in a remote setting
