Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Akron, OH
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support Ohio clients through telehealth therapy with a stable weekday schedule. This role is ideal for clinicians who value organized clinical workflows and consistent sessions.

Responsibilities

• Run intakes and scheduled therapy sessions remotely
• Document diagnoses, progress, and treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and compliance requirements
• Participate in consults, trainings, and case review meetings
• Support clinical oversight tasks as assigned (case feedback, quality review support)
• Coordinate care when clinically appropriate

• Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience providing therapy preferred
• Strong written documentation skills
