Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Location: Maple Grove, MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to Minnesota clients who want structured support and practical tools. You’ll manage a consistent schedule and clear documentation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and scheduled therapy sessions
• Document diagnoses and treatment plans in the EMR
• Track progress and update care strategies over time
• Participate in consults and clinical check-ins
• Support quality review processes as assigned
• Coordinate care with other providers when clinically indicated

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable working fully remote
