Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Buffalo, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re seeking a New York-licensed therapist to support clients across the state through secure telehealth sessions. You’ll handle assessments, provide ongoing therapy, and document care consistently so treatment stays clear and coordinated. If you like structured schedules and steady caseloads, this may be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Build treatment plans and track progress over time
• Maintain EMR notes and required clinical records
• Join consults and trainings
• Support case review/quality tasks as assigned

• Active New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and written communication
