Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC)

Location: Raleigh, NC
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re hiring a North Carolina-licensed therapist for a remote telehealth role with consistent weekday hours. You’ll provide therapy sessions, complete assessments, and keep documentation clear so treatment planning stays organized. The work is steady and designed around structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Maintain treatment plans and progress notes in the EMR
• Participate in consults and team check-ins
• Follow safety and escalation protocols
• Support clinical review work as assigned

• Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written documentation skills
