About the Role

Hiring hourly 1099 Painters to support residential maintenance and small project work within the Home Ease division. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.

What You’ll Do

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface prep, patching, and finish work
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Communicate with Project Managers
• Update progress in the vendor portal

Painting experience required

• Complete painting toolset
• Truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using mobile portals
• U.S. residency required

Disqualifiers

• Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax ID
• Failure to complete onboarding training
• Poor communication or repeated missed appointments

Contractor Insurance Incentive Program

Eligible part time contractors may opt into the Contractor Insurance Incentive Program after completing the probationary period. Support is provided toward General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.
