Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Washington

Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver telehealth therapy to adult clients across Washington. You will manage assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care while meeting state and organizational documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Follow Washington State licensing standards and guidelines

• Active Washington LMHC, LMFT or LICSW license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Experience with telehealth and EHR documentation preferred
