Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Wisconsin

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth services to adult clients across Wisconsin. This position supports assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy within a structured remote model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Follow Wisconsin licensing standards

• Active Wisconsin LPC, LMFT or LCSW license
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• EHR documentation experience
