Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Washington

Summary:
We are hiring a licensed counselor to deliver telehealth mental health services to adult clients across Washington. This role supports full-cycle clinical care from assessment through ongoing therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and follow-ups
• Maintain organized clinical documentation
• Review treatment effectiveness regularly
• Adhere to Washington State regulations

• Active Washington LMHC, LMFT or LICSW license
• Master’s degree in counseling or social work
• 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience
• Telehealth experience preferred
