Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New Jersey

Summary:
We are currently seeking a licensed mental health therapist to support adult clients throughout New Jersey via telehealth. The work involves assessments, care planning, and regular therapy sessions within a structured workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and promptly
• Monitor client progress
• Follow New Jersey clinical standards

• Active New Jersey LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• EHR proficiency
