Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Massachusetts

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed independent therapist to deliver telehealth services to adult clients across Massachusetts. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy within a consistent remote structure.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled telehealth sessions
• Complete assessments and documentation
• Manage treatment plans
• Review outcomes regularly
• Maintain compliance with state standards

• Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license
• Master’s degree required
• 2+ years post-licensure experience
