Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to deliver virtual therapy services to adult clients across Texas. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care within a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to Texas licensing standards

• Active Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
