Pay: Base Salary + Commission + Overrides + Bonuses $175,000+

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow an in-home residential sales team. This is a working manager role, not a desk position.

Responsibilities:

• Run in-home sales appointments
• Train, coach, and develop sales representatives in the field
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews
• Manage sales performance, KPIs, and accountability
• Recruit and onboard new sales talent

Requirements:

• In-home sales management experience required
• Residential home improvement background preferred
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Proven ability to drive results
• Personally runs in-home sales appointments weekly
• Trains and closes deals alongside sales reps in the field
• Experience managing commission-based, performance-driven teams
• 3+ years managing in-home, commission-based sales teams
• Background in residential home improvement sales
• Proven ability to train closers in the field
• Comfortable holding teams accountable to KPIs
• Willing to personally run leads and close deals
