The role:
This role is the sole position based in Kuala Lumpur, providing autonomous on-site and remote support to end users across the APAC region. As the wider IT team is UK-based and supports a different time zone, the role requires the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and resolve issues without day-to-day local supervision.
We are looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer. This is a varied high energy and demanding role so an ability to grow and learn is a must, main duties will include supporting end users with IT requests via ticketing system, deploying IT equipment.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot both hardware and software resulting in a high level of end user satisfaction. Utilize knowledge of equipment and systems to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
Responsibilities:
